I am a doctor specialist in paediatrics, connected with paediatric endocrinology from the beginning.

Firstly, through the work of an assistant at the Clinic of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetology  of the Medical University in Szczecin, and then, at the Clinic of Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Metabolic Diseases of the Children’s Memorial Health Institute, where I gained knowledge and experience in  managing patients with hormonal and metabolic problems.

Currently, I implement specialty in clinical immunology at the Immunology Clinic at the same Institute.

For several years, I have headed the paediatrics wards of Warsaw hospitals. Since 2011, as the Head of the Clinic of Paediatrics, Paediatric ENT and Surgery of the Medicover Hospital in Warsaw, and the Clinical Director of the Paediatrics Ward at the Holy Family Hospital currently; I coordinate the treatment of little patients as well as I have the pleasure of conducting trainings and the education of young doctors.

Apart from constant development in medical science, I try to expand my knowledge and skills in areas that are related to medicine. In psychology, thanks to post-graduate studies in “Psychosomatics and Somatopsychology” at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities or management thanks to completed post-graduate studies in “Healthcare Organizations Management” at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

Moreover, I have been developing my interest in innovations in medicine and the e-health areas for the recent years. At the moment, I am gaining knowledge that allows me design my own telemedic solutions on the basis of innovative diagnostic tools, while pursuing the studies “Master in e-Health and Telemedicine Management” at Rome Business School.

I have been taking part in workshops for parents for years; I appear in TV and radio programmes as an expert; and I publish in parenting press. I try to share my knowledge and experience not only with young doctors but with patients and their parents as well.

I am the author of the guidebook for parents “What Do You Say to This, Doctor from the Web?,”(PL: “Co Pan na to Doktorze z Sieci?”) in which, together with Katarzyna Koper, we try to show how dangerous unauthorized knowledge in the web can be; I answer the questions and doubts posed by parents most frequently regarding their children’s health in this way. In private life, I am a mom of two wonderful children, who provide me with many adventures and experiences in this way in everyday life.
